The Bayou Hills 5K and 10K courses wind through the Pensacola neighborhood of East Hill and along Bayou Texar. The East Hill neighborhood is popular among area runners year round because its landscape is unique to the city with historic homes, ancient trees, water views and steep climbs. The Bayou Hills Run course makes the most of this neighborhood’s beautiful scenery and challenging, hilly terrain.
Prizes are awarded in 16 age categories for both men and women, plus Overall Awards for men and women in the Overall Male, Overall Female, masters, grand masters, and senior masters categories. All participants receive a t-shirt and bib and are guaranteed the requested size event t-shirt and personalized bib if registered before February 10, 2017.
Packet Pick-up & Late Registration at Creative Learning Academy, 3151 Hyde Park Rd, Pensacola, FL 32503 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday March 3, 2017. Race day packet pick up and registration at Bayview Park 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. The 10K and 5K runs start at 7:30 a.m. with the 1 Mile Kids Run starting at 8:45 a.m. All Bayou Hills Run races begin and end at Bayview Park.
No pets, strollers, baby joggers, or roller blades are allowed on the race course.

Registered runners are invited to enjoy food, drink and fun at the post-race party in Bayview Park. This popular neighborhood hangout has tennis courts, picnic areas, a dog beach and dog park, fishing areas, a playground and more. Plan to spend the morning at the park with your family enjoying the views of Bayou Texar.
